Junior's Story
Junior started playing tennis at seven years old in Kigali, Rwanda. His ceiling was becoming the best player in the country. Not because he aimed low, but because that's what the ceiling looked like from where he stood.
Then Boris Kodjoe told him the ceiling was a lie. The Kodjoe Family Foundation's LOVE ALL Scholarship sent Junior to the Mouratoglou Academy in Biot, France, the same academy that's trained some of the best players in the world. Every Tuesday since January 2026, he's checked in and told us what he sees.

It's a great week here, hanging out with my friends, trying to reconnect and build strong chemistry before the tournament next week.

Game Situations, Real Progress
This week we've been doing game situations, no practice matches, to get better, and some casual as well. It's been really good.

I'm very proud to represent my country. I can't wait to perform.
Back Home, and Playing for Rwanda
I'm training and preparing to represent my country in Davis Cup next month, and I'm trying to spend more time with my family and friends.
Exams Done. Junior Is Graduating.
I finished my exams and I'm graduating this week. So yeah, I'm really happy.
Paris, Roland-Garros & the Exams Ahead
I went to Paris, watched a bit of Roland-Garros, and visited the city.
