Tuesdays with Junior | Ep 22 | June 2, 2026
Paris, Roland Garros & The Exams Ahead
Junior went to Paris this week. And he didn’t just pass through. He visited Roland Garros, the most storied clay-court venue in the world, the place where the French Open is contested, where Nadal built a legend and where every clay-court specialist in the world measures themselves against the standard. Walking those courts, even as a visitor, even from the outside looking in, resets the scale of what’s possible.
He came back focused. Paris was the experience; the exam is the next thing on the list. Junior is direct about it: great time with friends, unforgettable visit, now back to preparation. That emotional discipline, the ability to fully experience something and then cleanly return to the work, is a skill that doesn’t appear on any ranking. It’s one of the most important ones.
The View From Roland Garros
The Love All Scholarship put Junior in the position to have a week like this: training at the world-class academy, close enough to Paris to visit the place where his professional future could one day unfold, earning it through months of work and preparation. Exams are next week. The next chapter starts after that. Follow along. The story is getting good.
