The Council for Economic Education builds the financial architecture most families pass down at the dinner table, for the students who were never handed one. LIFT ALL is proud to stand behind that work.
What CEE Is
CEE is a national nonprofit built around one conviction: every K-12 student, regardless of zip code or income, deserves the financial and economic knowledge to build a life on their own terms. It doesn't treat that as a worksheet exercise. It operates at the level of teachers, curriculum, and policy, reaching over 2 million students and training more than 50,000 teachers a year through its Financial Fitness for Life curriculum and its EconEdLink platform.
The results are measurable, not aspirational. In Tennessee, students whose teachers used CEE's curriculum improved on a personal finance benchmark from 10% passing to 48%, a 380% jump. Two-thirds of the teachers CEE reaches work in Title I schools. This is financial architecture engineered for the students who were locked out of it first.
Nicole at the Fed
On June 1, 2026, Nicole Ari Parker stood at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta in front of a room of high schoolers competing in CEE's National Personal Finance Challenge. She wasn't there for a photo. She was there because she believes what CEE believes: financial knowledge is a form of sovereignty, and every young person deserves access to it.
Two days later, the partnership was official.
The CEE×KFF Bridge
CEE is the only KFF partner built into both LOVE ALL and LIFT ALL. LOVE ALL scholars already receive CEE's financial literacy training as part of their scholarship. LIFT ALL is where that training becomes the foundation of something bigger: the systems and habits that turn access into generational wealth.
LOVE ALL opens the door. LIFT ALL is what happens after a scholar walks through it. CEE is the architecture running underneath both.
Three Tracks
Invest in Girls — CEE's flagship program for teenage girls, 75% girls of color, pairing personal finance education with year-long mentorship from women in finance. Participants' confidence in personal finance more than doubled after the program. This is Nicole's clearest point of entry into LIFT ALL content.
National Personal Finance Challenge — the competition Nicole judged in Atlanta. Open to high schoolers nationwide, over half of participants are students of color, and it's a direct pipeline for LOVE ALL scholars to compete.
Financial Fitness for Life — CEE's K-12 curriculum, built for Title I schools first. This is the delivery vehicle that reaches LOVE ALL scholar communities before a single scholarship is ever awarded.
