Girls Rule the Court gets girls onto the court at 7, before the access gap closes the door. LOVE ALL is proud to stand behind the program that builds the pipeline from the ground up.
What GRTC Is
Girls Rule the Court is a free tennis and mentorship program run by the USTA Mid-Atlantic Foundation, built for girls ages 7 to 13 in communities that sport has historically excluded. Each eight-session cohort pairs an hour of tennis instruction with an hour of Social Emotional Learning: teamwork, confidence, resilience, empowerment, leadership, rotating week to week. Every racquet, ball, net, and workbook (in English and Spanish) is provided at no cost.
The program runs across three curriculum tracks — Green, Blue, and Purple — that scaffold both athletic and personal development across multiple seasons. It's explicitly positioned not as recreation but as architecture for building confident, resilient leaders of tomorrow.
The program runs across four Mid-Atlantic sites: Baltimore, Loudoun County, Charlottesville, and Louisa, Virginia. It isn't framed as recreation. It's framed as what it is: the early infrastructure that keeps girls in sport past the age when most of them quit.
Q3 Campaign
Six Girls Rule the Court participants walked professional players onto stadium court at the ATP Citi Open in Washington, DC, the kind of moment most girls in this program never get access to until GRTC puts them there. Late July 2026 marks another Citi Open, and another chance for these girls to stand on that court in front of a stadium.
That's the anchor for this partnership's first public moment: not a gala stage, a real one.

Partner
Boris and Nicole first stood behind Girls Rule the Court at the December 2024 Tennis Creates Gala, using their platform to help fund the program directly. This partnership formalizes what started on that stage: KFF amplifying a program that already has the coaches, the curriculum, and the community relationships in place.
GRTC produces its own content and its own story. KFF's role here is to add reach, not to build something GRTC doesn't already have.
